Refunds Policy

This policy describes when and how you can request a refund from Level Innovations Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") for the WhatIfMind program. It applies to all paid enrolments. We have kept it short and direct because the rules around refunds should be clear and findable.

1. The free demo

The first session your child attends is a free demo. No payment is required to book it; no refund question arises.

2. Your first paid month

When you enrol your child in the paid program, the first month of fees is non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed. We have set this policy deliberately. The first month is when the program asks for the most from us — assigning a trainer, integrating your child into a cohort, sending the first parent notes, and making the operational space for one more family. Once these things are in motion, they cannot be undone.

If you are uncertain whether the program is right for your child, please attend the free demo before enrolling. The demo is designed exactly for this. We would rather you take the demo and decide not to enrol than enrol and regret it.

3. After your first month — cancel anytime

After the first month, you may cancel your enrolment at any time. There is no notice period and no exit fee. To cancel, write to hello@whatifmind.com.

When you cancel:

This policy is symmetric: you do not pay for sessions you have not yet been billed for, and we do not refund sessions that fall within a month you have already paid for.

4. When we cancel a session

From time to time we may cancel a session due to trainer illness, technical issues, or other circumstances on our side. When this happens:

Sessions missed because your child was absent — for any reason — are not refunded or credited. Your child's place in the cohort is held; the session itself, having been delivered to the rest of the cohort, has been provided as agreed.

5. Disputed transactions

If you believe a charge has been made in error — for instance, a charge for a month after you cancelled, or a duplicate charge — write to us at hello@whatifmind.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where the charge was indeed in error, refund it within 7 business days of confirming the error.

If you raise a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first writing to us, we may treat this as termination of your enrolment.

6. Refund processing

Where a refund is owed, it will be processed via the original payment method through Razorpay within 7 business days of the refund being confirmed. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control; in our experience this takes between 3 and 10 additional business days.

7. Compliance

This policy is consistent with applicable Indian consumer-protection law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you may have under that law that cannot be limited or excluded by contract.
